Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues. Taking calls with server, printer, router and antivirus issues from the US customers. Exposure to Exchange, Office 365

Required Candidate profile

* Must have atleast 6 months of experience into Technical Support. * Good communication skills in English language * Willing to work in US shifts * Immediate joiners preferred
