Basic network troubleshooting IP, DNS, WirelessO365 environment, AD Diagnosing the issue and troubleshooting the same Excellent spoken English is a must.

Required Candidate profile

Must Have Experience in Voice based Tech Support for more than 6 months . Must have good convincing skills and excellent spoken English Must have Experience in handling calls of printers, routers and anti viruses
